Bespoke Prototyping Process
1. Sketch & CAD Concept
Submit design drawings, references, or raw sketches. Our engineers render photorealistic 3D CAD files for dimensions and gold/stone weight estimations.
2. Master Wax Printing
Once approved, we print a master wax model at 16-micron resolution to create the plaster casting mold.
3. Sample Development
A real silver or base metal prototype is cast, finished, and sent to the client to verify sizing, comfort, and aesthetics.
4. Volume Manufacturing
After final sample sign-off, we launch vacuum casting in Gold, Platinum, or Silver, followed by setting, polishing, and quality audits.
