Factory & Infrastructure
Take a technical tour of our 45,000 sq ft gold and diamond casting facility, built to meet international standards.
Precision Gold Refining
Our factory houses Yasui vacuum induction furnaces, automated magnetic polishing tumblers, and high-precision CNC machines. This allows us to scale production runs without compromising detail.
Technological Process
3D CAD Modeling
Our design begins in high-fidelity computer-aided design systems. CAD models are constructed to sub-millimeter tolerances, providing accurate estimations for gold weights and gemstone configurations prior to casting.
Stereolithographic 3D Wax Printing
CAD assets are compiled into solid waxes using Solidscape and Projet high-resolution 3D wax printers. Waxes are printed at 16-micron layer thicknesses, preserving detail and sharpness.
Vacuum Induction Casting
We utilize state-of-the-art Yasui vacuum casting ovens to melt and inject precious metal alloys (Gold, Silver, Platinum) into plaster molds, removing air bubbles and porosity.
Microscopic Stone Setting
Diamonds and precious stones are set by master craftsmen using stereomicroscopes and pneumatic gravers. Settings are tested under microscopic compression to verify security.
Advanced Tumbling & Hand Polishing
Raw casts undergo magnetic tumbling, followed by manual mirror lathing, rotary buffing, and rhodium/gold electroplating to ensure a scratch-resistant luxury gloss finish.
Rigorous Quality Audit
Each piece undergoes a strict 4-stage inspection. We use XRF alloy analyzers to verify metal gold purity percentages, and physical load testers to test clasp safety loops.
Export Customs & Fully Insured Transit
We operate inside designated Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in India, facilitating streamlined customs clearance and tariff-free raw materials imports. All outbound cargo is packaged inside triple-sealed tamper-evident bags and shipped via fully insured secure couriers Malca-Amit, Brink\'s, or FedEx Priority directly to international cargo complexes.
